Custom PVC Patches

PVC patch is made of durable plastic and is a common replacement for rubber patches. It’s waterproof, colorfast, flexible, and light-weight. It is also a fashion accessory for bags and other cloth fabrics.

Embroidered patches use larger, thicker thread and are the most common production method for patches. Woven patches use a thinner thread, woven tightly, and can incorporate a larger amount of detail than an embroidered patch, but are more expensive. Printed patches are graphics printed onto a sturdy cloth base woven with thread. It can capture every detail, but is not as intricate as embroidered or woven.

Our PVC patches can be roughly divided into three types: ordinary PVC patches, PVC patches velcro, and PVC adhesive patches.

Ordinary PVC Patches: Sewing PVC patch directly on clothes.
PVC Patches Velcro: Pasting the PVC patches on the clothes through the Velcro.
PVC Adhesive Patches: Tear the protective film on the back and stick it directly to the flat clothes.

The size can be customized from 0.5 inches to 5 inches. If you want to customize pvc patch more than 5 inches or need size suggestions, welcome to contact us via email.

PVC patches can use 12 colors at a time. The charges are as follows:
1-3 Colors in PVC Design is Free
4-6 Colors will be added $0.24 per piece
7-9 Colors will be added $0.48 per piece
10-12 Colors will be added $1.12 per piece and $16 for mold fee

Our shortest turnaround time is typically 10 days for production, with 2-5 days for shipping. If you are not in a hurry to receive the items, longer turnaround times will offer a discount. There is also the option of 18 and 28 working days, with a 10 and 20 percent discount accordingly.

The embroidery percentage refers to how much of the patch is taken up by your design. If you have a few words and a blank background, you would have a lower percentage. Whereas, if your design was more detailed and took up more of the space, you would have a higher percentage.
