●100% embroidery is the ideal option if you have intricate logos and detailed artwork that requiring more than one color.
●The high thread count and stitching depth help to endow a high perceived value.
● 75% Embroidery
75% embroidered patches are custom embroidered patches and the embroidery covers 75% or less of the patch surface area.
●75% embroidered patches allow the featuring of both larger and centered embroidery design elements.
●The embroidered areas highlight the difference between the height and texture of the twill backing, which adds a distinctive look and the sturdiness of the item for custom patches.
● 50% Embroidery
50% embroidered patches mean the embroidery covers 50% or less of the surface area of the twill backing.
●There is a large amount of open space that is great for showcasing your message and keeps the patch simple, classic, clean look.
●50% embroidered patches are good for simpler artwork or text-only designs, like Name Patches (patches that display name or position of the user. E.g. “Trevor” or “President”).
