Production & Shipping

Production and shipping time starts once proof has been approved of and payment has been received. The turnaround time option is selected upon ordering.

How to Make 3D Antique Lapel Pins?

Step 1 - Stamping a die on a polished high-quality flat metal plate to create a mold.

Step 2 - Deburring the mold to remove metal shavings and cleaning it out.

Step 3 - Kiln-Fired at 450 degrees for about 10–15 minutes to dry your die-cast and plating.

Step 4 - Matching an attchament - clutch for these 3D pins.

Step 5 - Pack the 3D antique lapel pins in a polybag or velvet bag.

Absoulutely! You can add epoxy dome in your pins if you really need it. But the process is a little difficult because its 3D effect. In general, we don't recommend to add epoxy dome.

Q: Can hard enamel pins be customized with 3D crafts?

Of course you can't. Because hard enamel pins are smooth. The last step is polishing. So it can't get 3D carfts.
