Each of Wide Vision Custom Patches are in diameter of 3.9 inches by 3.1 inches. The Wide Vision Custom Patches are with 75% embroidery, laser cut border and plastic backing. Generally speaking, if the whole design is in regular circle or square, we will use merrowed border. But if the custom patches are in irregular shapes, laser cut border or heat cut border are necessary. And for the backing, plastic are similar with iron on backing, but the plastic backing are softer.
